Typically, most requests are fulfilled within one or two business day. It's important to note that intricate or multifaceted requests may require additional processing and completion time to ensure proper attention and precision.

Most requests are designed using Figma. For graphic design, we use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva to design. However, we may use alternative design program depending on the request received. You do not have to pay for all these software subscriptions when you are subscribed to any of our plans.  If you have other design tool like Sketch that are similar to Figma, we will be able to adapt it.

Zensite provides immense flexibility in requesting designs through Notion. Clients have various options for design requests, including direct communication through Slack, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a Loom video brief for those who prefer a non-written format. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Notion, which is used as our client portal.
