Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, who can benefit from Zensite's digital experience offerings.
- Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to identify and attract potential clients. Ensure that these leads align with Zensight's goals and our services.
- Meet and exceed minimum KPIs for client outreach, engagement, and conversions.
- Understand the nuances of both UI and UX deeply, enabling you to offer tailored solutions to clients from varied industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and surpass set targets. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance and market trends.
- Engage clients with a consultative approach, understanding their unique challenges and proposing customized digital experience solutions.
- To articulate our value proposition effectively, maintain a comprehensive understanding of Zensite's services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Work closely with our designers and developers to devise the best solutions for our clients. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams to deliver top-notch services.
- Draft compelling proposals that highlight Zensight's strengths and value proposition. Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest UIUX design and web development trends, allowing for innovative and industry-relevant pitches.
- Participate actively in virtual industry events and webinars to expand Zensite's network and influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior business development experience, preferably in the digital or design sector.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with both small businesses and large enterprises.
- Ability to understand client needs deeply and craft compelling, tailored pitches.
- Genuine passion for and understanding of the UIUX landscape.
