The best email hosting in Singapore for most businesses is Google Workspace, from US$3.50 per user per month, because it covers email, storage and collaboration in one bill. If you want a Singapore provider billing in SGD, CLDY starts at S$5 per month and Exabytes at around S$5.40 per user. If you want the lowest cost per mailbox, Zoho Mail starts at US$1.
That is the short answer. Below is what each one actually costs, and how to choose between them.

Storage is the main thing that moves price. If your team keeps years of attachments in the inbox, a 5GB mailbox will fill and you will end up paying to upgrade anyway.
Two reasons, and both cost you money.
The first is trust. An address ending in gmail.com tells a prospect you have not set up a domain. On a proposal or an invoice, that reads as smaller and less established than you are.
The second is control. With hosted email on your own domain you keep the mailboxes when a staff member leaves, you enforce security policy centrally, and you get spam and phishing filtering built for business volumes rather than personal inboxes.
From S$5 per month. CLDY is a Singapore-based provider focused on SMEs and eCommerce. Plans are sold in mailbox bundles rather than per seat. CloudMail starts at S$5 a month for three 5GB mailboxes. CloudBizMail starts at S$8 a month for three 25GB mailboxes, with 50GB and 100GB tiers above that.
It supports IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, integrates with Shopify, Wix and Google Workspace, and includes anti-spam and anti-virus filtering. Support is 24/7 live chat on Singapore hours.
Pick CLDY if you want local billing in SGD and a support team in your own timezone.
Around S$5.40 per user per month. Exabytes has operated since 2001 and serves over 160,000 organisations across the region. A 10-mailbox plan at 25GB each runs about S$53.96 a month.
It supports CalDAV and CardDAV, has a drag-and-drop webmail interface, and bundles file sharing and video conferencing.
Pick Exabytes if you want a regional provider with SGD billing and predictable per-user cost as the team grows.
From US$3.50 per user per month. Google Workspace gives you Gmail on your own domain plus Drive, Meet, Docs and Calendar. Starter includes 30GB per user, Standard US$7 jumps to 2TB, and Plus US$11 gives 5TB.
The jump from Starter to Standard is the one most teams eventually make, because 30GB fills faster than people expect once Drive shares the same quota.
Spam filtering is the strongest in this list and most staff already know the interface, so onboarding is close to zero.
Pick Google Workspace if you want one subscription covering email, files and video calls. This is the default for most Singapore businesses.
From US$7 per user per month. Microsoft 365 Business Basic includes Outlook, Teams and 1TB of OneDrive storage, but web and mobile Office apps only. Apps for Business at US$10 adds the desktop apps.
Pick Microsoft 365 if your team depends on desktop Excel or Word, or you work with enterprise clients who send Office files constantly.
From US$1 per user per month. Zoho Mail Lite starts at US$1 for 5GB or US$1.25 for 10GB. Mail Premium is US$4 for 50GB. The wider Workplace bundles run US$3 to US$6 and add the rest of the Zoho suite.
Its real advantage is that suite. If you already use Zoho CRM or Books, mail slots in without integration work.
Pick Zoho Mail if cost per mailbox is the deciding factor, or you already run other Zoho products.
Work through these in order.
Storage per mailbox. This drives price more than anything else. Audit what your heaviest user currently stores before picking a tier.
Where your files already live. If your team is in Google Docs, choose Google. If it is in Excel, choose Microsoft. Fighting this costs more than any subscription saving.
Currency and billing. CLDY and Exabytes bill in SGD, which removes FX noise and simplifies expense claims. Google, Microsoft and Zoho list in US dollars.
Support timezone. A local provider answers at 3pm your time. If email going down would stop your business, this matters more than storage size.
Compliance. If you handle personal data under the PDPA, confirm where your provider stores and processes it before you commit.
