With a focus on speed, efficiency, and actionable analytics, Milieu helps clients make informed decisions. However, its website struggled with engagement, content clarity, and navigation, prompting the need for a comprehensive redesign to elevate the user experience.
Milieu’s website struggled to effectively engage users and communicate its value. Key sections, such as "Products & Solutions," were buried too far down the homepage, leading to high drop-off rates. The visuals, while appealing, lacked relevance to the platform’s offerings, creating a disconnect with users. Additionally, insufficient CTAs and incomplete user flows made it difficult for visitors to navigate the site or take meaningful actions, such as booking a demo. These issues limited Milieu’s ability to convert visitors into active clients and diminished its potential to showcase its market research expertise.
The website’s information architecture was revamped to improve clarity and engagement. High-priority sections like "Products & Solutions" were repositioned to the top of the homepage to immediately capture user interest. Messaging was simplified into bite-sized, digestible content, and redundant pages were eliminated to streamline navigation. These changes ensured that users could easily access critical information without unnecessary effort.
Content was updated with clear, concise copywriting that effectively highlighted Milieu’s product features and benefits. Visuals were enhanced to include relevant assets, such as product mockups, data-driven designs, and interactive animations, replacing the previously disconnected illustrations. This refresh created a more professional and cohesive look, aligning the website’s visuals with its market research offerings.
